Attorney at Law Mr. Janaprith Fernando, officially assumed duties as the Deputy Chief Commissioner of Sri Lanka Scout Association, yesterday (26-11-2016) at a special assumption ceremony held at the National Scout Headquarters Premises. Religious dignitaries of Christian were present at the occasion and offered blessings to the newly appointed DCC Mr. Fernando.
